Mellophone English


Description:

Mentioned only by Irwin, who describes it as a �brass-like, moderately loud Reed stop of 8'.� It may be imitative of the orchestral instrument of the same name, which is similar to a flugelhorn. This stop is not to be confused with the Melophone.
