Trumpet Sonora English?

Listed only by Irwin, who says:

An 8' manual Chorus Reed of the Trumpet species, sounding with less blatancy than the Trumpet Royal, but relatively smooth, for a Trumpet. Both stops are used as solo or ensemble Reeds of great penetration and assertiveness. These names indicate highly academic differences, since the builders interchange names and timbres.

Examples

Trumpet Sonora 16', Pedal; Convention Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA; Midmer-Losh 1929-32.
